Find your wood

Cutting your woods

Build the demote frame
You put the demote together like the image below. I pre-drilled all the holes and countersunk to screws so that the heads sat flush with the surface. This is a good idea because if the screws are sticking out they can cause injury or snag on dress.
Assemble the bench
I did not have the right length bolts to do this task, and because information technology was a weekend the shops were shut. Just I really wanted to cease this project and then I had to make do with what I had at habitation. But this did hateful I had to do some extra work which you can ignore if you accept the correct size bolts.
Using the spade chip I drilled halfway into the wood so my carriage commodities would go all the fashion through. You can then drill a hole large enough for the railroad vehicle bolt to go through to the forepart.

Adding the bench supports

Stain the frame

Add the bench planks
Because I used recycled wood I did have to cut the cleaved sides and run the planks through the planer.
Line upward your first plank with the edge and drill pilots holes and countersink them, ii per plank. I screwed them in place on both side and into both of the heart supports.
In one case all my planks were added I did have a slight overhang which I cutting off using a circular saw. Or y'all could just measure them correctly in the outset place. haha… To finish off the expect I used a wood router with a round-over bit to remove all the corners on the bench so it is more comfortable on the dorsum of your legs.
